According to the previous message (link to the previous message), as a result of the withdrawal from the offer and handling of Prepaid Payment Cards by their provider - Citi Bank Handlowy, all prepaid cards ordered through the MyPremium.pl website have been deactivated.

Verification of the balance of the card that has been deactivated is currently possible by contacting the Benefit Systems hotline. Please send a message to mybenefit@benefitsystems.pl. We kindly ask you to include the name of the employer and the phrase "request the balance of my deactivated prepaid card" in the title of the message.

Important: To be able to provide information, please include the number of the prepaid card that has been deactivated in the body of the message.
